cable world> the minimalist theme of this site is wonderfully accented by colorfully dithered graphics n' palettes that kiss the eyes > this site feels weirdly minimalist while feelin' very full. the b&w palette is nicely offset by the graffiti art 
animals' den> highly aesthetically pleasing website, it feels so alive! this site was a big motivator in me gettin' back to codin' n' to be more patient w the process of makin' my own graphics 
dimden's hotel> the aesthetic of this site is incredibly on point! even the pages that are dedicated to a single file fit right in for the quirk alone. also free 50 points fer bein' a rain world fan

msx.horse> this website's iteration in 2020 (iirc) left a massive impression on me, with this page in particular leavin' me awe-struck at what coding can do! also made me start followin' more graphic designers n' takin' a deeper interest in how colors interact with one another. massive shame that all the archives fer the main/landing page on Internet Archive randomly broke 1 day into raw css n' html :I ... 
NeoCities Neighborhood Directory> the old GeoCities neighborhood directory but fer NeoCities! this directory is helpful fer findin' sites a bit more quickly than with NC's current search engine > sick photos n' beats

animals' den> very good turnaround time on commissions. especially impressed by the mimicry of older pokemon art styles, it looks so authentic- particualrly the pixelated art! > eddy's style is so strikingly bizarre n' colorful that s' hard t' miss > one of the most gorgeous lineless art styles ever, wow! the vibrant color palettes n' line of action of these pieces make them feel much more vibrant!  o h m i y o n i> hella talented furry artist as well as an excellent CSS coder! > incredibly talented plural artist who has an insanely good eye fer color n' a knack for writin' some of the most mentally complex characters 've ever had the joy of readin' 'bout > the renderin' is some of the Nicest eye candy to bless my little eyes. their semi-realistic art style is goals!! digital & physical comics! some of these may be more triggerin' than others, or perhaps upsettin', so ah implore you to read the warnings if necessary > follow the exploits of Bonnie, a young teenage American girl, as she explores her puberty with her dog, Trots, n' her friend, Pepsi- is what ah would say if that link there was to an archive of the comic. unfortuantely- perhaps because of its raunchiness- this comic lacks a proper archive or official site, n' it appears to be sold out everywhere online. a big hope of mine is to scan n' post the copy of TaB that ah got so the link shows the actual Thing instead of a tldr on the work n' its talented creator > 2 girlfriends take a road trip to the Grand Canyon. appropriate content warnings can be found on the site > hate how the online archive is incredibly tiny, cuz the commentary Dykes to Watch Out For provides on political conflict, capitalism's relationship with queer politics, gender representation, relationships, n' just about anythin' else is so treasured by me! favorite characters are Mo, Stuart, n' Cynthia (wish the last one had her arc complete...). this comic made me hunger fer even More lesbian art n' literature > heart-wrenching n' horrifyin'... don't even know wus goin' on yet! appropriate content warnings can be found on the site > Kimberley Yu is sent to a psychiatric hospital after a failed attempt at suicide. the art here is a MASSIVE step up from folie's previous comic, Drop-Out, containin' some of the best color palettes n' expressions 've seen in art. appropriate content warnings can be found on the site > the other DtWOF (unrelated); a comic about a lesbian hound gettin' by in medieval times while servin' as her girlfriend's guard. the art direction of this is masterful! especially enjoy the titles on this site that provide extra information about the comic's contents, s' fascinatin' > this comic was m' first introduction to BDSM n' maybe the first time ah've seen a lesbian couple in any piece of media express their love fer one another n' have conflict. needless to say, ah re-read this a LOT as a kid n' was obsessed with how bizarre it was. got addicted to indie comics since! appropriate content warnings can be found on the site > took me a while t' read the comic after m' first exposure t' it was this clip (censored :/) or this one, though 'm gonna bank on the former since s' the scene in the film that ah always think of before the rest of the film- Ok anyway ah finally read the comic years after first learnin' 'bout Fritz. s' definitely raunchy n' horrendously outdated in a lot of regards, but this strip series remains a favorite of mine for bein' a part of my introduction t' underground comix n' contributin' overall to the re-kindling of my love fer sequential art in- n' out-of-browser tools, programs, or whatever else that you can mess around with whenever yer bored > declare what yer fav'rite pokemon is t' the rest of the world, n' see others' declarations. Frutiger Aero Archive> INCREDIBLE archive on the frutiger aero era! the css of this site is so true to the style of the time. you can tell the webmaster is passionate for the frutiger aero aesthetic- a much needed change of pace with how surface level people can be with aesthetics... 
The Geocities Gallery> the best archive of Geocities websites! some of my inspiration comes from 'ere while 'm codin'! Petsburgh n' WestHollywood are my favorite neighborhoods > unlike the Internet Archive, this site archives only other sites > downloadable ANSI art collection spannin' from 1990 t' now. comes w auto scroll > useful for backing up entire tumblr blogs
